with Joie Rucker and Caroline Calvin

There are far and few brands that I love completely because the entire collection doesn't always speak to me. Enter Calvin Rucker by Caroline Calvin and Joie Rucker. In a Fall 2013 preview at Pivotal PR last week with Joie and Caroline, I kinda really fell in love. Perfectly baggy boyfriend jeans with extra wide belt loops, black skinnies made of the softest fabrics, delicate sheer blouses, bomber jackets and hand-painted denim - yes please. It's all the best pieces in even better materials than you can imagine from France, Italy, Japan and Turkey, so you can just imagine my excitement and temptation to run off with all the samples. Caroline and Joie pretty much nailed it considering each piece matches my need of versatility and can be styled in a minimun of nine ways - we definitely agreed on that design principle.

While the brand is super young as it was officially formed on 11/11/11 (the birthdate is cleverly found on each button) these two know a thing or so about denim and building a covetable brand - maybe you've heard of Joie, Levi's, Guess, or Rich and Skinny...? So I can guarantee you will be wearing Calvin Rucker in the near future.
