Last week I was so excited when Motel Rocks sent me this skirt because it's exactly what I've been craving. The print is spot on with the intricate gothic inspiration and I love that's it based in white. It feels fresh on these ridiculously warm Cali days - though I can't lie, I wouldn't mind a version in black.

And lately, everything just seems right when skirts and shorts are paired with over-the-ankle or mid-calf boots, especially pointed-toe boots. There's a lotta bit of attitude that sandals just can't give me. Currently searching for knee-high boots too... 

I'm so excited for the long weekend! I'm in desperate need of a mini-vacay so I think the boy has a road trip planned.
